Zoanne (Olson) Fullhart

Zoanne (Olson) Fullhart, 34, of Decorah, IA, died Thursday, March 1, 2018 in Cresco, IA.    Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 12, 2018 at First Lutheran Church in Decorah, with Rev. Chad Huebner officiating.      Zoanne Renee Olson was born April 1, 1983 in Decorah, Iowa, the daughter of Harry Bernard and Jo Ann (Telsrow) Olson Jr. She was baptized and confirmed at First Lutheran Church in Decorah.  She graduated from Decorah High School with the class of 2001 where she was on the swim team and won ribbons, and she also played softball and played in the orchestra. Following graduation she married Steven Oden. Her son, Token, was born in 2003.  She then went to Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, Iowa, graduating with a Dental Hygienist degree.  She married Jason Mallon and upon her graduation from Hawkeye she returned to Decorah where she worked at Ruby’s. Zoanne was a very loving mother and loved her son very much.  She enjoyed being outdoors, camping, fishing, and canoeing; she loved going to the Wisconsin Dells, fireworks and 4th of July celebrations. She liked to paint, and enjoyed playing her cello and guitar. Zoanne loved animals, especially her cats and her dog Mocha.  She is preceded in death by her father Harry on September 26, 2017; her grandparents, Harry and Ruby Olson and Harold and Mary Telsrow; aunt Beverly Swanson (Gordon); and four cousins: Gina Skarda, Wesley Telsrow, Gary Swanson and Jay Swanson. Zoanne is survived by her son Token Oden; her mother Jo Olson of Decorah; two half-brothers, Scott (Karen) Olson of Decorah and Kerry (Jean) Olson of Stewartville, MN; her aunts and uncles: Phyllis Goodman, Rodney (Connie) Olson, Valorie (Art) Fauz, James (Jacque) Telsrow, Daniel (Sue) Telsrow, Sandra (Bob) Gauley, Mike (Sherri) Telsrow, Patricia Harrell, Samuel (Sharon) Telsrow, Diana (Tim) Hughes and Bill Telsrow; and by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been established for Token's college education at Viking State Bank & Trust, 321 W. Water Street, Decorah, Iowa 52101.
