Troy Kruse

Troy C. Kruse, age 22, of Decorah, Iowa, died suddenly at his home on June 9, 2006. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 11, 2006 at the Schluter – Balik Funeral Home in Decorah, Iowa, with Pastor Mike McCann officiating. Friends may call from 1:00-3:00 on Sunday at the funeral home. Troy Christopher Kruse was born on May 20, 1984, the son of Paul and Terri (Darling) Kruse in Decorah, Iowa. Troy attended Cresco Public Schools and had been working for Kent Klocke Construction Company in Decorah. Troy enjoyed playing on the computer, watching movies, visiting with friends, tubing in the Upper Iowa River, listening to music, playing cards and drinking Mountain Dew. He especially enjoyed playing with his nephew, Hunter. Troy is survived by his mother, Terri (Larry) Schneberger, Decorah, IA; Sister: Kindra (Daniel) McGuigan, Decorah, IA; One nephew: Hunter McGee; Special Friend, Camille Sweet, Decorah, IA; Maternal Grandparents: Alvin and LaVonne Darling, Burr Oak, IA; Paternal Grandmother: Mabel Kruse, Ossian, IA and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Troy was preceded in death by his father, Paul Kruse; Paternal Grandfather, Arnold Kruse.
