Timothy "Dogg" Gerleman

Timothy “Dogg” Gerleman, age 53, of Fort Atkinson, IA passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., on March 1st, 2025, at the Fort Atkinson Community Center 300 3rd St. NW. Fort Atkinson, IA 52144.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials for Dogg’s girls can be sent to 1474 271st Ave, Fort Atkinson, IA 52144.

Timothy Paul “Dogg” Gerleman was born July 18, 1971, in Decorah, Iowa to Eugene and Joanne (Kupka) Gerleman. He graduated from Turkey Valley High School in 1989.

Tim was an avid Iowa State and Las Vegas Raiders fan; he enjoyed NASCAR and a memorable trip to Bristol. Tim enjoyed spending time with his many friends and seemed to know everyone around. Tim was a loving father and uncle.

His three daughters survive Tim: Katherine (Trevor Richard) Gerleman of Mazeppa, Minnesota along with her mother Jo Zinser, Abbrey and Hannah Gerleman of La Crosse, Wisconsin along with their mother and Dogg's former wife Cindy.  His mother: Joanne Gerleman of Fort Atkinson, Iowa; Seven siblings: Dan (Christina) Gerleman of La Crosse, Wisconsin, Pat Tussler of Fort Atkinson, Iowa, Bob (Terri) Gerleman of Windsor Heights, Iowa, Tom Gerleman of Rockford, Iowa, Jamie Gerleman of Festina, Iowa, Pam (Alan) Severson of Calmar, Iowa, and Ron (Heather) Gerleman of Calmar, Iowa. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Tim was preceded in death by his father: Eugene Gerleman. Brother Kenny Gerleman; Brother-in-law: Brian Tussler; Sister-in-law: Ann Gerleman and two nieces: Gabrielle Gerleman and Taylor Gerleman.
