There will be a graveside service held for Stephen on Monday, December 4, 2017 at the St. Luke’s Catholic Cemetery in St. Lucas, IA. Stephen is survived by his mother: Carol Sanford, Eldorado, IA. Daughter: Nicole (Robert) Kelly, Parish, FL. Grandson: Robbie Kelly.
