Scott Halverson

Scott “Herman” Halverson, age 40, of Decorah, Iowa died suddenly on Saturday, February 18, 2006 at the Gundersen Lutheran Hospital, in LaCrosse, WI, from a brain aneurysm. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at the First Lutheran Church in Decorah, Iowa, with Rev. Steven Jacobsen officiating. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery, Decorah, Iowa. Friends may call on Tuesday, Feb. 21st, from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the Schluter – Balik Funeral Home in Decorah, and after 10:00 a.m. at the church on Wednesday morning. Scott’s survivors include his parents: Dale and Virginia Halverson, Decorah, IA; One brother: Todd “Cavey” Halverson, Decorah, IA; One sister: Denise (Kurt) Krauskopf, Decorah, IA; and his special love, Janelle Holty and her daughter, Elizabeth, Decorah, IA; Two nephews: Kolin & Kasey Krauskopf.
