Ronald Snyder

Ronald Snyder, age 72 of Decorah, Iowa, passed away at his home on Monday, December 27, 2021. Services will be held later in the spring. Ron was born at Decorah Hospital in Decorah on July 28, 1949, to Roy and Virginia Wangsness Snyder. Ron attended grade and middle school in Decorah before moving to Belmond, Iowa where he graduated high school in 1967. He then went to NIACC in Mason City, graduating in 1969. Ron worked at various jobs before retiring from the John Deere plant in Ankeny, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Rhonda Mae. He is survived by his brother David (Sue) of Frostproof, FL. Sister: Pam (Arnold) Dean of Oakland, IL. Nephew: Matt Snyder and great niece Bethany Snyder of Tuscola, IL. Niece: Tami Snyder (Clint) Dohlman of Parkersburg, IA, and nephew Colin Slaughter of Indiana. Memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
