Roman Kovarik, age 23 of Eustis, FL, formerly of Spillville, IA., died as a result of a motorcycle accident near Dahlonega, GA., On Thursday, November 23, 2006. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, November 27, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Spillville, IA., By Rev. Donald Hawes with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 – 8:00 on Sunday, November 26, 2006, at the Balik Funeral Home in Spillville, IA, and after 10:00 a.m. Monday at the church in Spillville. Survivors include his father: Ronald Kovarik of Dubuque, IA; his mother: Nancy and special friend Loren of Calmar, IA; one brother: Wayne and special friend, Latash of Mount Dora, FL.; one sister: Maria Kovarik of Calmar, IA.; his grandparents Ray & RoseAnn Nienhaus of Fort Atkinson, IA.
