Owen Riley Puffer

Owen Riley Puffer, infant son of Rachel Severson and Chaz Puffer, of Decorah, Iowa, was born and died on Friday, December 11, 2009, at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota, of Trisomy 18. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at the Schluter – Balik Funeral Home in Decorah, with Rev. Bryan Robertson presiding. Burial will be in the Postville Cemetery, Postville, Iowa. Friends may call from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Schluter – Balik Funeral Home in Decorah. Owen is survived by his parents: Rachel Severson and Chaz Puffer, Decorah, IA.
