Milton Huffman

Milton Huffman, age 75, of Decorah, IA died Sunday, October 2, 2011 at the Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, WI. after a sudden illness. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the First Lutheran Church in Decorah, IA burial will be in the Lutheran cemetery in Decorah. There will be visitation after 1:00 p.m. at the Church on Thursday. Milton Virgil Huffman was born June 30, 1936 to Frank and Gladys (Henderson) Huffman in Monona, IA Milton was married to Hazel Olson they had three children Faye, Linda and Danny. On February 27, 1988 Milton married Pam Bolson at the First Luthern Church in Decorah, IA together they had two children Crystal and Jamie. Milton worked at the Cliff House Hotel, Usgaard Smith, Folkedahl’s Station, mowing lawns and for Decorah area farmers. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing, riding his bike, his dogs, WWE Wrestling, and going on vacations with his family to Clear Lake. Milton is survived by his wife: Pam Huffman, Decorah, IA. His children: Crystal and Jamie Huffman, both of Decorah, IA. Faye (Steve) Hageman, Burr Oak, IA, Linda Poltiske and Danny (Arlene) Olson, both of Minneapolis MN, Grandchildren: Clairissa Huffman, Nicole, David, Anthony and Bill Jr. Kocian, Christopher Olson, Amanda and Sarah. Great grandchildren: Anthony Kocian Jr. and Michael Kime. Sisters: Joyce Rea and Helen (Bill) Mathis both of Waukon, IA. Brother: Ralph Huffman, Waterloo, IA. Brothers and sisters-in-law: Sylvia Huffman, Waterloo, IA Linda Steffes, Zumbrota, MN, Kenneth Bolson Jr., Cresco, IA, Julie (Terry) Scheidel, Decorah, IA, Jane (Terry) Elsbernd, Decorah, IA, Wayne (Sue) Bolson, Cresco, IA and Scott (Jill) Bolson, Decorah, IA. Mother and Father-in-law Kenneth (Grace) Bolson, Decorah, IA and many nieces and nephews. Milton was preceded in death by his Parents: Frank (Gladys) Huffman, brothers: Eugene and Cyril Huffman, Don (Edith) Huffman and Keith (Cathlyn) Huffman and Ronald Huffman in infancy. Brother-in-law: Raphael Rea
