Lloyd Fleshner, age 76, of Ridgeway, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at his home.

Celebration of life will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at TnA’s Lounge, 625 Railroad Street, Ridgeway, Iowa..

Lloyd enjoyed hot rods, car shows, bowling, golf, and spending time with family & friends. Lloyd was a Newspaper Distribution Manager for over 50 years. Lloyd worked at Oneota Lanes in Decorah, Iowa, for over 20 years, and he mowed for Bruening Rock Products for over 20 years. Lloyd always had a story or joke to tell (not always appropriate) but he loved to tell his stories and jokes and always had an audience wherever he went, he was always the first one to laugh.

Lloyd was born July 7,1949, Cedar Falls, Iowa to Dale and Esther (Webrand) Fleshner.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl (McCormick) Fleshner; his children, Travis (Stacy) Fleshner, Rochelle Fleshner, Trenton (Amy) Fleshner, Jenn (Troy) Wendling, Josalyn (Matt) Haywood, Chris (Vada) Dahl, Rachel (Jarod) Schuman, and Kyle (Samantha) Dahl; 24 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Brothers Phil (Connie) Fleshner, Darwin (Sarah) Fleshner, sisters, Susan Springer, Carmen Shoemaker, many nieces and nephews and his favorite neighbors and friends, Terry and Ann Ollendieck of Ridgeway, Iowa. (Once you met him you would never forget him. He will be missed by all who knew him.)

He was preceded in death by his parents Dale and Esther (Webrand) Fleshner, a son, Jason Fleshner, Mother-in-law, Helen (Quandahl) McCormick.
