Kay Feil

     Kay Feil, age 70, of Decorah, IA died Sunday, October 11, 2015 at Aase Haugen Senior Services in Decorah.      Kay Margaret Feil was born on July 6, 1945, the daughter of John and Hermenegild (Dessel) Feil in Chicago, Illinois. Kay moved to Ossian in 1947, at the age of two. She attended school at St. Francis de Sales Catholic School in Ossian and Calmar, graduating in 1964. In 1982, she moved to Decorah where she worked at the Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital in housekeeping for ten years. She enjoyed living with her close friend, Judy Cutting for nineteen years. She loved the companionship of her cat, Sammy and reading.      Kay is survived by many friends in Decorah.      Kay was preceded in death by her parents: John and Hermenegild (Dessel) Feil. Her brother: Paul Feil in 1986. Her close friend, Judy Cutting in 2001.
