Hazel Styve

Hazel Styve, age 89, of Decorah died Friday, August 23, 2013 at the Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah, IA. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 26, 2013 at the St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Decorah, IA, with Rev. Phillip Gibbs presiding. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:00 – 7:00 pm. at the Schluter Balik Funeral Home in Decorah where there will be a rosary at 4:00 and an Auxiliary service at 6:00. There will also be visitation after 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home on Monday. Survivors include her husband: Peter Styve; her children: Gerald and Willie Styve, Plano, TX, Elaine and Jim Sims, Decorah, IA Wyonne and Ron Priebe, Owatonna, MN and Paul and Joni Styve, Calmar, IA. Daughter-in-law Evi Styve, Decorah, IA.
