Gladys Ronan

Gladys Ronan, age 91, of Decorah, IA, died on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at the Aase Haugen Nursing Home in Decorah, IA.       Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, November 17, 2014, at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 307 West Main Street, Decorah, IA, with Rev. Phillip Gibbs presiding. Burial will be in St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery, Decorah, IA.       In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials to go to the Decorah Food Bank, County Relief, 201 West Main Street, Decorah, or the Winneshiek County Public Health, 305 Montgomery Street, Suite 3, Decorah, IA  52101.       Friends may call after 9:00 a.m., at the church on Monday morning. The Schluter – Balik Funeral Home in Decorah is handling arrangements.        Gladys is survived by her daughter: Katherine (Dennis) Woldum, St Louis, MO. Son: James Patrick Ronan, Decorah, IA. Four Grandchildren: Kari, John and Chris Woldum and Garrett (Jenesse) Ronan. Sister: Dorothy (Michael) Clemens, Bellevue, IA.
