Elsie E. Taylor

Elsie E. Taylor, age 91, of Decorah, IA, and formerly of New York and Jamaica, died Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Wellington Place in Decorah. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, August 4, 2011 at Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah, with Rev. Mike Blair officiating. Inurnment will be in New York. Elsie’s survivors include her daughter Wintlett Taylor-Browne of Decorah.
