Donavon Sunde

Donavon K. Sunde, age 65, of Davenport, IA, died January 29, 2019 at his home in Davenport.   Memorial Services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah. Inurnment will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Decorah. Donavon is survived by two brothers, Paul (Cindy) of Morrison, CO, and Craig of Plymouth, MN; and five nieces and nephews: Erik (Amy) Sunde, Kaia Sunde, Leif (Rachel) Sunde, Rebecca (Ty) Steines and Kalin Sunde.   He was preceded in death by his parents: his father Carroll on November 11, 2007 and his mother Carmen on January 10, 2017; and one brother, David on May 27, 1997. Memorials may be given to Decorah Food Pantry or the Decorah Community Free Clinic, both located at First Lutheran Church, 604 W. Broadway, Decorah, IA 52101, or The Salvation Army, 301 W. 6th Street, Davenport, IA 52803.
