Constance Martens, aged 87 years, of Decorah, Iowa passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at the Wellington Place in Decorah. A graveside service for Constance and her husband Donald (died May 21, 2022) will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday May 26, 2023 at the Burr Oak Cemetery with military rites.
