Carmen Wagner

Carmen Wagner, age 52, of Ossian, IA, formerly of Madison, WI, died on Sunday, May 29, 2011, at the Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah, IA, from a sudden illness. Carmen is survived by his two sons: Nathan Wagner, Faribault, MN; and Cory Wagner, Nashville, TN. One brother: Walter (Karen) Wagner, Ossian, IA. Two sisters: Jeanine Cibula, St. Louis, MO; and Francis Anderson, Iowa City, IA. Carmen was preceded in death by his parents: Edwin Asher and Genevieve (Crabtree) Wagner. Arrangements are pending at this time with the Schluter – Balik Funeral Home in Decorah.
