Bill Garms, age 69, passed away on August 9, 2023, at WinnMed in Decorah, IA after an eight-month battle with rare small intestine adenocarcinoma. A private family gathering was held at the Volga City Cemetery on August 16th. Memorials may be directed to Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research.
