Betty Smalley

Betty Smalley age, 80 of Priest River, Idaho died Friday, January 2, 2009 at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, Washington after a sudden Illness. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, with a prayer service at 12:30 on January 13, 2008, at the Schluter – Balik Funeral Home in Decorah, Iowa. Burial will follow at the Burr Oak Cemetery in Burr Oak, Iowa. Betty’s survivors include her son: Thad Smalley, Priest River, ID. One daughter: Deborah (Philip) Carlson, Donovan, IL. One grandson: Derryck Noto, Bourbonnais, IL. Four sisters: Lois Kane, Anacortes, WA; Ramona (Leland) Shinn, Mount Vernon, WA; Zenith (Larry) Mower, Kirk, CO and Aloha Swanson, Kirk, CO. Betty was preceded in death by her parents: Joy Smalley and Beatrice Harstad Smalley and two infant brothers at birth.
